Cart and checkout
Shoppers add items to the cart, see the full total, enter contact and delivery details and choose how to pay. Extra steps and unnecessary required fields are a common reason for abandoned orders, so we keep checkout short — especially on mobile.
Payments
We integrate Bank of Georgia online payments. For other payment providers (such as TBC), we assess feasibility before the project starts — it depends on the provider's requirements and your merchant agreement.
Delivery
Delivery zones, fees and timeframes are shown clearly at checkout. Automatic integration with a courier company is possible where the courier offers it; we assess this per project.
Store management
Adding products and categories, managing stock and orders, order statuses and email notifications.

How do I add Bank of Georgia payments to my store?
You need an online payments (merchant) agreement with the bank. We then connect the store to the bank's payment page, test it in sandbox mode and only then switch to live payments.
Can you integrate TBC or another payment provider?
We integrate Bank of Georgia payments. For other providers we assess feasibility before starting, based on the provider's technical requirements and your agreement with them.
How are products added and stock managed?
In the admin panel you add a product's name, photos, description, price, category and stock. Orders appear in one list where you update their status. For large catalogues, file import is possible and is quoted in advance.
WooCommerce or a custom online store?
WooCommerce is a ready-made WordPress platform: quick to start with many add-ons, but plugins need regular updates. A custom store is built around your exact process without unnecessary components. The right choice depends on budget, range and future plans.
Can you migrate my old store to a new system?
Yes, if data can be exported from the old system. We move products and, where needed, customers and orders, and map old URLs to new ones with 301 redirects to protect your Google rankings.
How is customer data protected?
Card details are entered on the bank's secure payment page and are never stored by the store. The site runs on SSL, the admin area is protected by passwords and access rights, and only data needed for the order is stored.
